Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following products:

Please note shipping fee is non refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product through the method of payment that was used to pay for the original order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
