At Glamma City, we take great pride in offering high-quality beauty products and services to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not satisfied with your purchase.

All orders sent by post will have tracking and carrier details sent to customer and once sent it is, customers responsibility to contact carrier regarding any problems that may occur once package has left our warehouse. This is due to the fact that the carrier will only respond to the person who's name and address are on the receipt.
